All the properties we promote are assessed annually by VisitBritain or the AA so we are confident of offering a high standard of customer care and a warm welcome to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

The ratings are your clear guide to what to expect in an easy to understand form. All properties are visited annually by trained, impartial assessors from either agency, so you can have confidence that the accommodation you have booked has been thoroughly checked and rated for quality. If an establishment is shown as "grading applied for" this means that the property has applied for an assessment but has not been inspected yet.
