Our self catering studio flatlets are extremely well presented and equipped catering for two people. Twin bedded with well equipped kitchen area colour .tv with freeview. Ensuite shower room with shower wash basin and w.c.,. All bedding and towels supplied.

Superbly located being within flat walking distance of local shops and buses. Stanpit Marsh Nature Reserve is just 5 mins. walk where you will find many rare birds, stunning views of The Priory Church in Christchurch, Mudeford Quay and beyond. Picturesque Mudedford Quay is approx. 20 minutes walk with pubs, restaurants and cafes. Lovely sandy beach with path leading to Steamer Point and Highcliffe Castle. Beautiful views to the Isle of Wight
Christchurch Town Centre is just 15 minutes walk with The Quay and The Priory Church dating back to the 11th century. The New Forest, Bournemouth Airport and town centre are all within a short driving distance.
