Christchurch Sailing Club

The club is actively involved with the organisation and promotion of sailing in Christchurch harbour and at sea. This includes the organisation of races for dinghies and cruisers, and the promotion of cruising to other locations in home waters and abroad. we are an approved RYA training establishment, and encourage junior sailing, and training.

The Hawk 20 Dinghy National Championships are hosted from Christchurch Sailing Club on
18th – 20th July.

Single, Family and Junior membership of the Sailing Club is available to approved keen sailors

The bar is open every lunchtime and evenings except Monday
Visitors are welcome from other sailors who are members of a Sailing Club.
Visiting sailing boats are also welcome from members of other sailing clubs.
Power boats are not allowed access, unless in an emergency

Food is also available most lunchtimes and some evenings and social events are also arranged throughout the year
