DIRECTIONS- Past Blackwater to Hurn Roundabout. Take 2nd exit and pass the sports club. (Wide vehicles should park here in the lay-by)/ Turn right at the forest sign marked 'Ramsdown' and follow the track between the boulders. Park in the second bay where we will meet.
Join us for a walk through Ramsdown and see the remains of the WW2 RAF base. Discover where the airmen and troops lived and slept and imagine what life was like when these peaceful woods were a bustling camp. Please wear shoes and clothes suitable for rough terrain and undergrowth.
